[問題] 有人長期作地版臥推嗎?
大家好 最近看到一個討論串再說沒有臥推椅該怎麼辦的文章
我就看到上面有人推說有位外國人都是作地板臥推 但是胸肌還是非常保滿

他說他都作地板臥推 還是可以有大胸肌 然後說這種對於肩膀的負擔比較小
對肩膀友善這點很吸引我 想問問看 有沒有人也是長時間作這種臥推的呢?
覺得效果會不好嗎?
