硬舉重量與次數
請教各位版友,兩個月前開始練硬舉,由於姿勢不對調整很久(下背很痠痛),頂多做到
90kg約5-6下。
今天調整姿勢做90覺得還可以
就100/110/120/130各做一下
到130自己都嚇到。
但又回到90kg,次數也只能做3-5下,跟之前差不多。
照理來說可以做到130kg,那麼90kg應該是輕鬆做,我為什麼還是很吃力
是我肌耐力不足嗎?
還是是因為剛練硬舉沒多久,肌肉還沒適應?
好困擾啊..
