[問題] 早上起床有氧好還是重訓好
不好意思請問各位巨巨,因為體脂有點高,目前73KG 體脂22
所以加入了健身房,早上六點到七點有一個小時的空檔可以運動
想在上班前先到健身房報到醒醒腦
A.早上先做一個小時的有氧,下午下班過後大概六七點在去操肌耐力的課表
B.早上先操一個小時的肌耐力課表,晚上在操一次課表,在接半個小時的輕度有氧
那樣會比較好啊?
