[問題] 請問要增肌的話應該禁慾嗎?
希望沒有違反版規一
各位大家好,小弟因為之前在看重訓論壇時有看到一個禁慾的議題(其實主要是男性自慰
方面,反而行房事比較沒有討論),上面討論非常熱烈,想來這邊跟比較有經驗的板有求
教。
排除掉體能方面不談(例如運動完之後才用),請問禁慾真的會讓肌肉增長比較快嗎?
大部份的理解都是環繞在賀爾蒙上,但是又有些人說賀爾蒙會因為性行為增加。
看了大家說法這麼不一致,希望各位能為我解惑,謝謝!
