[問題] 體脂高的人重訓完是否該喝乳清
目前30歲 身高171公分 體重74kg 體脂 22~23
因工作和自己意志力的關係
一週去兩次健身房
一次大概兩個部位 腳+胸 背+肩 這樣
一次鍛鍊大概1個半小時
因為兩年前當兵時體重68 當時一週練三次 有在喝乳清
現在重了七公斤(因該全是脂肪...)
目前去健身房 沒有再喝乳清 都是喝一般的開水
飲食方面 都是外食 早餐會吃沙拉補充蔬菜 午餐晚餐幾乎都是便當
蛋白質的部分會吃到一天所需要的量(我滿愛吃肉的)
消夜幾乎不吃 飲料都喝小七的 不喝外面的手搖飲料
那這樣的話 重訓前後還需要喝乳清嗎?
