[問題] 蛋奶素減脂期
想請問大家因為我在減脂期,所以我在飲食上面,
蛋白質:牛奶,豆腐為主,可是我發現我雖然飯差不多火鍋的一碗飯左右,
會每天去吃沙拉補充纖維質,可是我發現我整個體脂都沒降下來,
有想說我蛋白質幾乎都以喝牛奶為主,一天都1000~2000ml去喝,會不會
這樣不太好?
