[問題] 健身房實際會運用腹吸的人多嗎
因為自己以前都是錯誤的呼吸,只是把氣吸到肚子而已,只有肚子前端凸而不是整個肚子360度漲起來,肋骨沒下沉,目前剛找教練才覺得差別很多,核心也穩很多,以前都是用核心蹦住想像有人要揍肚子那種感覺,但是氣沒有吸很飽,這種腹式呼吸法,在健身房真正會應用的人算大多數嗎?因為我是在小間傳統的健身房,沒有什麼人跟我講過這種觀念
