[問題] 新手健身8個月求鞭
開始健身到現在8個多月
健身頻率:
幾乎天天去
如果沒辦法去會在家徒手
大概七天會休息一天
飲食:
一天喝兩次高蛋白(好市多ON)
正常吃飯沒控制飲食
身材:
164/62 體脂16.肌肉量42%(歐姆龍體脂計測量)
健身循環:
胸、核心
肩、三頭、腿
背、二頭
目前遇到最大問題是胸跟背一直沒有明顯進步,想請問是不是我訓練上有問題,希望大大
