[問題] 增肌減脂的飲食選擇
小弟目前的體脂是24.1%
骨骼肌重34.6
現在有在上教練課
平常大概一個禮拜運動五天
半小時有氧 一小時重訓
教練課的時候 都是在訓練肌力
硬舉 深蹲 引體向上等等
目標是希望能夠讓自己的體態厚實點
但我現在肚子很大一圈
感覺是需要先減脂
因此每天的熱量是控制在tdee-15%
但最近發現我的蛋白質嚴重攝取不足
像我現在減脂適合用乳清補充蛋白質嗎
還是我其實需要的是增肌
把肌肉量提升在減脂呢
有點困惑不知道該怎麼調整
在麻煩各位大大解惑了
有什麼不對的觀念 鞭小力一點 謝謝
