[問題] 腿部發力少的有氧有哪些
原po是小個子(162/57/15%)
目前有氧主要是跑步、飛輪跟跳繩在交替做高強度間歇訓練(2分鐘慢速跑後1分鐘衝刺跟
單迴旋+雙迴旋這種)
也沒特別練腿,但大小腿就很紮實
以這身高看起來就很粗,出外穿搭很困擾(55身)
想找找有沒有一些是用上半身在出力的有氧
已知的有
戰繩:沒使用過想嘗試,但板上搜尋到說不太能長時間做。拿來練間歇還可以?
跳舞:全身性的活動,可是原po很不靈活,不太考慮。
拳擊:好像連鎖健身房比較有這課程,不是很清楚,對燃脂的效用會很好嗎?
其他就比較陌生
但常見的維持高心律運動好像都靠腳跑來跑去
請教各位巨巨了
