[問題] 可以靠健身來平衡愛吃嗎
我是個愛吃的人
唯一會有的花費大概就是吃惹
進研究室之前常常會去買個飲料 吃也常
常跑去吃些大份量的定食 套餐之類的
以麥當勞份量舉例 大概就是兩份大麥克
餐再加頻果派的這種食量
最近一直被問怎麼變這麼肥
我是想靠買個啞鈴什麼吃完回來邊舉邊看
季後賽
假設球賽一場大概快兩小時 這樣能稍微停止體重增加嗎
還是會肌肉慢慢長出來 肥油還在呢
