[問題] 請教各位巨巨幾個查不到的問題
大家好
我是個練大概半年的新手
祝大家端午愉快
希望這不算伸手文(誤)
如題(如果牽扯因素太多就算了)
1.肌肉是破壞再長如此不斷循環
那假設我前天深蹲60(我平常大概55)
會長1單位的肌肉
如果今天腿、屁股還有痠痛感
我就去跑步會使那1單位不太長嗎?
還是跑步相較於深蹲對肌肉的影響很小
所以它會繼續長?
2.如果重訓(有氧)到一半肚子餓 吃完可以繼續嗎? 還是不要吃?
3.我握推連槓最重能推四十吧? 比較少練 所以超遜的我知道XD
平常練重量大約25到30 但我推的時候它超容易晃的
(我有把胸艇出來、折斷槓)
請問這正常嗎?還是重量還太輕的關係?
