[問題] 半新手菜單請教
最近迷上健身,所以去家裡附近的健身房練,但是不知道這樣練是否正確?!
(禮拜一)練腿,坐姿股四頭,腿推舉,一台趴著練股二頭跟小腿的,每個都12RM8組。
(禮拜二)練手臂,啞鈴二頭(兩種動作),三頭(一種動作)都12RM8組
(禮拜三)練腿,動作一樣。
(禮拜四)練手,一樣
(禮拜五)練腿,一樣
(禮拜六)練手,一樣
(禮拜日)休息
請問這樣可以嗎?目前能使用機械式有練胸的(飛鳥),單槓(有輔助),一種用拉的,可以調整角度練很多部位!
