[問題] 減脂期間做力量訓練適合嗎?
小弟正在減脂期間
TDEE減去500卡熱量做操作
但我的三項一直卡關
想要做5*5訓練
請問減脂期適合嗎?
還是留在增肌期操作比較好?
另請問super set休息的順序?
例如二頭啞鈴彎舉
三頭啞鈴伸展
做四組
二頭啞鈴彎舉後
接著三頭啞鈴伸展
然後休息一分鐘
以此類推完成四組
還是
二頭啞鈴彎舉後
接著三頭啞鈴伸展
不休息直到四組完成
