新手姿勢詢問
小弟最近想練練身體,
想說先不去健身房丟臉
便在家先做些基本功
1.稱體
2.伏地挺身
3.滾輪
4.仰臥起坐
5.深蹲
但每每做完伏地挺身與滾輪時,左手三頭總是比右手酸,也試過跪姿與左腳疊右腳上,但
還是一樣(小弟是左撇子)
因只聽說非慣用手才會比較酸,所以有點困惑,想問問版上各位大大,有沒有推薦的方式
能改善!?
