[問題] 運動後不會餓還要吃東西嗎消失
上個月開始重訓,一個禮拜練3~4次
身高163體重49,原本也有運動的習慣
但只有跑跑步 騎單車,想重訓練出一點線條
重訓當天大約六點吃完晚餐(200g地瓜+兩顆水煮蛋+低脂牛奶200g)
八點開始練一個小時,練完也不會有很餓的感覺(可能是因為太累了XD
曾經試過回到家洗完澡也一直沒有吃東西,但到睡前也不餓
請問到底該練完吃點東西,還是不餓就不吃呢?不吃的話會影響增肌嗎
