[問題] 有關基代跟TDEE
如題,最近開始認真減脂 三餐開始往高蛋白質少油少糖邁進
基代大約是1750 TDEE我抓兩千
早餐:燕麥片25g+牛奶半杯馬克杯 兩顆蛋 一顆蘋果
午餐:花椰菜一顆 雞胸肉150g 半碗飯 燙青菜 番茄蛋花湯
晚餐:基本上跟午餐一樣 有時候會多吃一顆蛋
點心:芭樂 小番茄 香蕉 黑咖啡
重訓時間大概是 胸背腿 休 胸背腿 休休 這樣
體重73KG 想說這樣抓蛋白質有一百了吧
目前只吃了四天 這樣吃還滿飽的其實 餓不到
但感覺熱量沒有超過我的基代? 是不是我算錯了??
