[問題] 這樣的菜單會不會雜亂無序?
*每週一,六,日6:00跑步1小時(約9公里
*每週二做手部,胸部訓練
目前著重上胸,使用史密斯平推20kg四 組,每組12下
手臂啞鈴10→8→6→6公斤做二頭四組,每組12下
6→6→4→4公斤做三頭四組
小臂6公斤兩組
*每週三做腹肌訓練,拆上蜷腹,下蜷腹,抬腳各四組20下
*每週四做背肌
啞鈴8公斤做夾背四組,每組12下
(另外發現有圓肩的情況,跟以前肥胖駝背有關,嘗試練背肌矯正,可是狀況沒有改善,請問有更好的建議嗎
