[心得] 慢就是快
小弟規律重訓也有一年了
這其間也感謝許多健身同好的經驗分享跟意見
但總感覺少了那麼一點確有說不出來
直到今天才有豁然開朗的體悟。
那就是慢慢做 做確實 讓肌肉去確實感受重量
這段期間我一直在嘗試降重量也有些許成長,但是肌肉卻沒有太酸的感覺
直到最近我在做有氧時才感覺到一開始讓身體慢慢熱開跟確實去踩踏的感覺
過度追求阻力跟增加重量在身體還沒熱開跟肌力不足時反而是沒有太多助益
我猜想今天很好睡
對了
在睡前一小時甚至一個半小時前關掉手機
我深深體驗到晚上好睡跟沒有作夢的好覺
真有要事盡量用桌電傳遞
要好好睡覺不僅白天情緒會很好也不會亂吃慰藉食物
身體得到充分休息也才能增長肌肉跟修復
手機真是害死人
