[問題] 仰臥起坐15下 背超爆幹酸
小魯大概在高中的時候一分鐘還能做40下那種(當然姿勢不標準,只是說明可正常活動
)
大學時有一次背部拉傷,接下來.....我的核心肌群好像就回不去了
現在做仰臥起坐15下,腹肌還沒感覺的時候,背部已經酸到一個幹,連一下都無法撐下去
的那種,酸到會叫出來。
想請問各位30cm E cup
我這到底是什麼症頭? 該做什麼訓練來改善呢?
