[問題] 瘦腹部或練腹部動作核心求推薦
小弟最近去家裡附近健身房
開始要認真練了
可是健身房
沒有練腹的
他們說徒手 跟用機器訓練
其實效果差不多
所以沒有進腹部的機器
所以有什麼好的運動或是核心
是瘦腹部 或練腹部的嗎?
一休的腹部 tabata可以嗎?
或是仰臥起坐
不過有人說仰臥起坐
腹部反而會練很胖?
