[閒聊] 練一半手破皮大家怎麼處理
像是硬舉這種動作其實手蠻容易破皮的
況且有些健身房的槓真的很利
輕者手繭掀開
重者流血
而且真的很痛
大家練一半發生這種事會怎麼處理呢?
1.超神不怕痛不理他繼續練
2.包紮、包著毛巾繼續練
3.休息換其他動作
4.槓很髒會感染,趕快噴酒精消毒
順帶一提我是4+2,噴酒精那剎那真的超超超痛,比深蹲十組還痛!!!
但是槓真的很髒,通常還有一點生鏽…為了安全只好忍了…
