[討論] 健身前吃精緻澱粉
是這樣的小弟知道健身前吃個東西比較好 能提升血糖已應付等等的訓練不過爬文都提到
吃中GI之類優良澱粉比較有益
是說我想要(其實是失控買太多)快速提升血糖吃些垃圾餅乾或類似健達巧克力這樣可以嗎
?是說成分比優良澱
粉差多了 不過大學生住宿不方便弄些優良澱粉 只有燕麥片比較好準備香蕉沒地方冰...
