[問題] 五天練一次有效率嗎?
大家好!
想請問一下
小弟原本每天都練兩個部位
可是最近工作+進修
真的沒甚麼時間
我只能趁放假練 大約是做一天休四或五
可是那天是全身部位一起練(幹超累)
這樣有辦法增肌嗎?效率好嗎?
還是乾脆不要練增肌了 就先保持目前身材就好
