[心得] 最近做輕重量輕訓練的狀態

Bodyfat 10.8 % / 88分 / 肌肉量平均110分=》
在同年紀性別身高之下的狀態去比平均多10%
這樣的訓練似乎蠻符合33歲的我,精神與身體壓力都輕鬆很開心
因為過完年身體狀況不佳,所以用自體重量訓練4-5次(一次45-55分鐘)
加瑜珈ㄧ星期3-4次
本身是教練也是12年版友
