[討論] 訓練中補充葡萄糖水?
上次跟教練練腿的時候,練到一半開始有能量低落、不舒服的感覺,甚至有些手腳發麻吸
不到空氣
教練便拿出粉狀的葡萄糖沖泡給我喝,感覺效果不錯,血糖恢復很快,不適感也很快消除
,順利撐完整個訓練
雖然我覺得跟過年很久沒練,一開始不習慣有關係啦
但是練腿喝些葡萄糖水似乎挺不錯的?
有人會這麼做嗎?
