[問題] 小腿天生粗的人還要練嗎?消失
不囉嗦

我從出生腿就跟上半身不成比例
特別是小腿
至今我只要買稍微合身的長褲,都會小腿超緊大腿卻鬆
像gymshark等那種剪裁的褲子我穿都很醜
我leg day一個月前才固定加到菜單裡,在那之前都是偶爾做做深蹲跟leg press而已
所以照片可以當是沒練過的腿看
我的問題是
因為我自己認為比例好看最重要
這樣還要練小腿嗎?
想聽聽各位巨巨的意見
(另外我的目標是sadik那種等級所以希望不要有人腦補我是怕練太壯的那種人)
