[問題] 練完還會繼續做有氧嗎?
不好意思,想請問一下前輩們
通常練完都力竭應該也很累了
大家還會繼續做有氧嗎?
還是都集中在減脂的時期才做?
如果要在練完以後加入有氧的菜單
是否以跳繩運動為佳?
大概要做到什麼程度好?
