[問題] 新手練股二頭的問題
新手想練股二頭,在健身房用這台:http://imgur.com/a/hmUBZ
(圖是網路找的,品牌不一樣但功能是相同的,若有侵權請告知)
做15X3,第一組很輕鬆,讓我懷疑是否有加重的需要,但同重量作第二組就覺得剛好,
做到第三組的時候,膝蓋後側兩邊的韌帶會有非常緊繃快要抽筋的那種感覺,有時甚至
需要自己動「手」補,想問一下為什麼會有這麼大的落差,這是正常的嗎?
還是我應該第一組加重,二三組做漸減?
