[問題] 訓練課表
健身半年左右,目前剛換課表所有肌群分開練一個月左右了,不知道有沒有前輩們是這樣做的,還是都大肌群搭配小肌群一週兩次呢....
這是目前胸的內容
槓鈴推六十 六組六下,啞鈴平推26kg六組六下
槓鈴上胸40 六組六下,啞鈴18kg六組六下
雙槓負重15 六組六下,下胸推54 六組六下
最後飛鳥四組結束
