[問題] 重新開始重訓
各位巨巨好
小弟因為準備考試停了約兩個月
正要重新開始重訓
目前打算練一休一
每次都練全身
胸背腿各一種動作 五組 20rm
例如:
星期一 深蹲五組20rm
臥推五組20rm
滑輪下拉五組20rm
慢跑30min
想要盡快恢復到之前的強度
請問這樣的內容恰當嗎?
還是說依照一般的訓練
一天練一到兩個部位比較好呢?
