[問題] 小動作跟大動作差異為何 ?消失
在健身房會看到有的人做某個動作的小半段反覆訓練
或者乾脆是動到某個動作直接卡著不動了
不動 小範圍動作跟大動作差異在哪裡?
去嘗試一下小範圍動作 一下子就累了
這樣跟做完一個完整的動作來說
兩個同樣做到沒力 效果會相近嗎 ?
小動作 或著是卡著不動
那運動的種類 又會是接近有氧 還是無氧運動 ?
