[討論] 推薦辦公室可以沖泡的東西?
最近想要下班直接去健身。
但下班通常是晚餐時間。直接去健身會低血糖。
想要請問有沒有甚麼推薦的東西可以在辦公室沖泡補充熱量。
大概下午四五點先補充一下熱量,不然太餓去運動好像不好。
請問有沒有甚麼推薦的東西? 難喝一點沒關係。
目前只想到奶粉?
