[問題] 測inbody後討鞭
各位巨巨好 大叔我剛剛做完inbody
先來附圖

從開始健身到現在大概三個月的時間
其實一直著重在上半身 從一開始的史密斯臥推(單邊25磅)
一直進步到現在單邊50磅
後來改做啞鈴臥推 飛鳥 背部 接著做核心及腹部
不得不說inbody真的很準 腿完全沒練也都被發現
還請各位巨巨賜教(請鞭小力一點)
