[問題] ON金牌高熱量乳清
小弟重訓也一陣子了,但是體重上升緩慢,想買乳清來增加訓練後的蛋白質攝取,目前是
169公分60公斤 體脂大概10~12%
想請問大家這款乳清口感跟效果如何?
有需要買到高熱量的嗎?
