[問題] 有人天天吃麥當勞當正餐嗎?
如題
新手目前練了3個月,175/70 用鏡子看體脂大概17~20%吧
目標想到175/65 15%左右
運動量先不考慮,也還在調整
想知道如果天天吃麥當勞來當正常飲食是否可行
因為感覺比很多便當還不油,而且又很健康的感覺???

板烤雞腿堡 (加菜不加醬)、配餐沙拉(不加醬)、飲料:義美全脂鮮乳
