[問題] 各位巨巨做動作時都有sop嗎?
如題,以我的啞鈴臥推跟站姿曲體划船為例,總覺得每次練刺激到的部位都不太一樣。
像昨天剛練完胸,今天卻覺得擴背肌比較酸。
練曲體划船的時候,則是常常覺得前臂跟下背很容易酸,這是正常的嗎?
請問各位巨巨平常又是怎麼標準化自己的動作的呢
