[問題] 組數
健身到現在四個月
我大肌群分不同角度,不同動作,加總起來總共20幾組,都12rm~6rm重量慢慢加上去
小肌群只做十組,做六天休一天
想請教各位巨巨們這樣訓練量夠嗎?
附上前陣子的inbody ,體重目前升到六十左右了
