[問題] 為何低槓深蹲較少人做?
看網路上很多影片 都認為低槓深蹲 可以蹲比較重
在力矩上縮短了背與髖的距離
低槓深蹲 上半身會比較前傾
但膝蓋承受的力矩會比高槓低一些

我覺低槓的問題是在手的角度不好處理
手部活動度不好的人,手腕、肩部會繃的滿緊的
後三角、背部肌肉不夠大似乎也不好架的穩
想問的是,即然低槓可蹲的比較重,為何較少人做低槓?
也有聽說 新手不適合做低槓,低槓有基礎者做較好
大家怎麼看?
