[討論] 有人是只在健身房練就能做muscle up嗎
如題,我健身了一斷時間了,這個單槓基本動作還是無法完成。聽人家說這動作如果你是常拉單槓的話,一兩個月就上去了。因為我平常沒排單槓當課表,想問問有人是健身房練一練就可以完成這動作嗎﹖
另外,我bw 70,但滑輪下拉70只能拉兩下。目前狀況好的話,引體向上大概8下。我聽說要做muscle up , 引體至少要做到15下。是不是代表街健背普偏會比健身房好﹖
我在學校健身房練,在學校也很少看到有人下拉可以拉自身重15下

I KNOW。我的問題是,有沒有人只在健身房練背練一練,就可以輕鬆做到。因為聽說
power up跟協條什麼的也有關

他就是靠拉的就可以上去的。
他一直在強調 ARCH 跟 HOLD兩個動作,是上背在出力,
我就完全沒FEEL啊…
看他的影片,感覺就很輕鬆的,手碗一轉就撐上去了,我的感覺,
手碗轉那一刻,根本無法出力啊…真的無法理解…

這裡有個hollow pull up...
我仔細想想,我在健身房練下拉的時候,好像背都arch的蠻明顯的,
改天試試看打直練…
好奇怪,他說甚至會有些hollow,可是一般不是都說不要圓背,會受傷嗎
