[問題] 需不需要追求大重量?
我是剛開始練不到三個月的新手,目前是三天在家練,用TRX+啞鈴,以及一些徒手訓練,
兩天在健身房練。
目前因為器材受限,所以在家練時我都是每組15~20下,除了某些動作,
我一次只能做10下,例如標準姿勢伏地挺身。
到了健身房,我則會盡可能以8~12RM為主,因為看網路上別人說,
肌肉要增長,就要靠大重量來刺激。
問題是,每次做的時候,我有時都會很害怕啞鈴掉下來砸到自己(尤其是握推)。
我是還要繼續三天小重量,兩天大重量的練法,還是全部都改為小重量多次數好呢?
