[問題] 關於肌肥大
看很多文章都說:練肌肥大要中低強度,
但我自己的上半身都是執行中低強度,
偶爾做1-6RM比較重這樣而已,
但我下半身不追求肥大,只想追求力量,
一直都做1-4RM,完全沒變過,
永遠也都是深蹲、硬舉,沒換過動作,
常常也練的比較隨便,
一直以突破力量為主的課表再拼重量,
但久而久之,
我的下半身粗壯程度遠遠超過上半身,
臥推75,深蹲95,硬舉120,
我上半身不只週期化,還想各種角度刺激,
但效果就是沒有下半身來得好,
我想請問:我這樣子是先天腿比較好練嗎?
還是我應該把上半身套用一樣的1-4RM呢?
(真的好想有好看的上半身~)

我有想過交替課表的問題,
但我腿完全沒變化過菜單,
人家一看就說腿壯很多,
不知道怎麼回事。

如果我臥推比例上比其他好,那我看我的上半身訓練是真的比較有效,腿比較粗可能只是
基因比較好而已,這樣想或許能通,但代表我的深蹲硬舉有點悲慘......。
順便問一下,如果一直練深蹲硬舉,不換動作,最多改變強度1-6RM,能有效提升最大重
量嗎?
