[問題] 慣用手與身體右側
各位晚安
小弟因為學生時期打球
右側跟左側肌力不均衡十分明顯
不論肩膀 二頭 胸 腿都有明顯肌肉大小邊
爬文的建議都是練久了就會趨近均衡
但最近拍照檢視發現沒有改善的跡象...
想請問有人有類似的改善經驗能分享嗎

這一兩年開始右下背會有些微的痠痛
一直認為只是肌力問題 沒想過脊椎跟骨盆問題的可能性,近期應該會去求診了.感謝各位
