[問題] 請問哪種重量訓練運動傷害最少又瘦身的
小弟這幾年吃太好
從169/45
一路胖到169/78
想說先買一些便宜的器材來做重訓減肥
像是滾輪 啞鈴的
可是實際使用
發現用滾輪手腕的地方都痛痛的
不知道是不是我用的方法不對
怕造成運動傷害
所以來版上問問
啞鈴就還好
另外腿是不是也是減肥必練的地方呢
我目前想到的就是深蹲
但是也怕傷到膝蓋
我的擔心是多餘的嗎?
還是掌握好注意事項就OK了
PS.因為我查谷哥 少吃多運動其實容易復胖
尤其運動是做有氧運動的(慢跑 跑步之類的)
因為少吃的情況下又做長時間的有氧運動
容易讓身體燃燒肌肉(看到這個我才想做重訓的@@)
以後沒做(有氧運動)的話就又胖回來了
谷哥說 正確觀念應該是營養吃夠 然後做重訓長肌肉幫忙消脂
才是正確減肥方法
這樣的觀念正確嗎?
另外有沒有哪幾的地方減肥必練的呢(練大塊的比較看的到成果?)
希望有大大熱心教導
也讓其他有相同困擾的人一個參考
