[問題] 增重粉一個問題
最近在健身
小弟我身高174 體重57 體脂肪13
明顯非常瘦弱
想要練的精壯厚實有肉這樣
所以在考慮高蛋白粉或者增重粉
有發現增重粉是高碳水化合物
有在考慮GNC 的2200金色奶昔
有人可以給小弟一些建議嗎?
