[問題] 腹肌VS背部肌肉

一位平常沒有運動及健身習慣的的朋友
偶然開始了一天練腹肌10分鐘的行程 徒手
一個月後,發現開始有駝背的現象
不管站著坐著 身體彎著比較舒服(我都叫他蝦子XD)
他想問該怎麼改善?
是因為肌肉沒有平衡鍛煉的緣故嗎
