[問題] 換腰帶導致硬舉變弱
各位巨巨好
小弟健身第二年
之前是戴harbinger的健美腰帶
最近買了inzer的健力10mm快扣腰帶
想讓自己的深蹲硬舉重量更提升
買了戴了第二次
目前深蹲同次數重量確實有提升20磅
但硬舉方面同重量次數卻下降了
我目前推測原因是因為很緊
導致下去抓槓時腰帶很勒肋骨
痛到舉不起來
請問各位巨巨有碰到這樣的問題麻
又應該如何克服
還是只能讓身體習慣那個疼痛感?
