[問題] 握力有需要特別去練嗎?
如題 小弟剛開始一週二循環的訓練
在練背+二頭的日子練到最後時會發現手沒力握住器材
順序如下
輔助單槓5組
划船5組
滾輪下拉5組
二頭彎舉5組 <-- 彎舉練到一半感覺握不住啞鈴...
造成二頭還沒練到極限前臂就撐不住
這種情況需要另外排時間買握力器練習
還是放著不管繼續練握力會自己提升呢
