[問題] 煮熟食材如何保存
各位版友好
最近因為搬出去住 幾乎餐餐外食
要找到少油的餐廳或自助餐覺得實在好難
決定開始自己煮
因為住外面其實也只有電鍋能用
打算早上煮一煮 中午帶去學校吃
想請問煮熟的食物如何保存
假如水煮雞胸肉
是煮熟之後放涼 直接放進保鮮盒裡
還是不一定要放涼?
其他菜跟食物也都是這樣嗎?
