無法硬舉那該如何排之後菜單消失
小弟目前在減脂期
想要以4個月做一個週期
已經開始兩個月減的幅度還算可以接受
不過在兩個禮拜前硬舉要衝pr最大重量的時候(我知道對各位來說很輕才80kg)
拉倒背加上之前打球有傷
所以下背爆掉了
有去針灸加上修養好一些
上禮拜五練完深蹲想說旁邊也有槓鈴
就來做rdl好了
槓鈴重量也是之前沒成功的重量(80kg)
然後就二次復發腰痛
短期應該都不能練背和腿了
我平常的菜單是4天一循環
胸背腿各一天然後休一天
休息那一天可能會打打籃球
練的那三天穿插二頭三頭肩膀訓練
現在要如何改菜單
還是只能休息然後飲食更嚴格控制
請各位巨巨為小弟我解惑謝謝
